Second Note
This is the second note.
In a world where AI assistants like ChatGPT are becoming commonplace, we all seem to have or to need a digital co-pilot to help manage our day-to-day tasks. Which is oftentimes great and exactly what we need in the moment for boosting a fresh idea, efficiency or offering quick answers.
But what if we shifted our focus to a different kind of co-pilot: a “human co-pilot”? A person to exchange with on a regular level, where both are supporting and trusting each other, giving each other honest feedback, opening doors for the other and holding each other accountable.
It’s not a friend, or at least it doesn’t need to be. You look forward to your interactions because each meeting leaves you both inspired and more motivated. Unlike AI, a ‘human co-pilot’ don’t just give you answers: it’s more about challenging your thinking, helping you see your blind spots and explore new possibilities. It’s a relationship where both parties feel equally enriched and energized.
This isn’t about constant communication or everyday check-ins. It’s about quality over quantity: meeting when it matters, sharing ideas, and sparking creativity in one another. In a time when we rely so heavily on digital tools, it’s easy to forget that much of our growth comes from human connection. A co-pilot to navigate your professional life’s complexities.
